Why The License

We acknowledge that the Hoaw Maw children's home is run and managed by a dedicated family and group of people who have been working in the region for some 50 years.

We are in no way trying to take away ownership or control of the home from them, but to support, encourage and help them to run their home.

By declaring the above copyright, we are not taking over ownership of the home and associated projects, but wanting to protect them from unhelpful media/owership, and to ensure a fair, truthful, coordinated representation of the work they do.

We are aware of potentially sensitive aspects of the region surrounding the home.

We therefore require that all use of information obtained directly from this website, or through any other means, including all reports, images, video and audio, whether produced by ourselves, or others (including by yourselves), be first checked and cleared by ourselves as representatives of the Hoay Maw children's home management team.

Thank you.
